Review content:
I've been wanting to try Toast in Lincoln Park for some time, but after the experience I had there this morning, I will never return! I met up with a friend and went in around 9:45 (on a Sunday... People weren't waiting outside yet) to give our names. There were two hostesses who looked like they didn't know what was going on, and when she asked for our name, I didn't even get to tell her because she turned and asked the same thing to another group. As we were standing there, trying to manuever in the crowds, a woman (who I'm guessing was the manager) told the hostesses to "Get everyone outside NOW!" like people weren't welcome to wait inside. We turned around and left. The food looked good, but who wants to be made to feel unwelcome??
