Review content:
We spent an evening at Downtown Disney during our recent trip and would have loved to spend more time there if only we hadn't all been so tired at the end of the day.
We were able to take a bus from our hotel directly to Downtown Disney and back so transportation was easy. The area has many great restaurants and snack places to choose from if you get hungry. The shopping is great in Downtown Disney too. The shops have a selection of Disney themed items that is different from many we found in the parks plus there are other stores too.
The Lego store is really impressive with the assortment of Lego items available. We are not into Legos right now but it was fun to see all that is available. More to our family style is the Virgin Record store that had a huge assortment of music styles that catered to every family member's favorites. There were so many stores I would have loved to spend a lot more time shopping but vacation time was limited.
The area has plenty to offer for everyone in the family so make sure to add it to your agenda.
