My company recently moved to Alpharetta. I ran up on Bistro's one day at lunch. It is extremely hard to make a decision about lunch since Alpharetta has sooo many choices. I was immediately greeted when I opened the door at Bistros. With the help of the manager, Stephen, I decided on the Steak Panini. Cooked to order while I waited. Very tasty and filling! Many of my co-workers have tried Bistros and have loved it as well. We used them to cater a couple of business meetings we've had. Our clients boasted about the freshness of the wraps; my favorite is the Asian Crunch wrap. My only disappointment was the Salmon salad. Even though it was tasty, it was only meat and lettuce. I recommend this spot to anyone.
