Oh, where do I even start?
I had a great first experience here with Freya. She was lovely. Helpful. Couldn't have found my dress without her. But then I never saw her again and had to deal with mean, nasty people the rest of the time.
Lies, orders not placed (mine wasn't the only one), more lies, dresses arriving two months after they were supposed to arrive, and more lies on top of that! Every time I spoke with someone, I was given a different story, "according to the computer", about the status of my dress.
As soon as it arrived, I took it home. No WAY was I going to leave it there to have it altered! I probably never would have seen it again!
