My daughter and I are huge fans of Kohl's. They have the most wonderful end of season sales, you can really stock up on kids clothing for the following season and really save some money. They have a huge variety of clothes. If you are a credit card holder, they have special offers, such as spend $50, get a $10 gift card. They are also very good about adjusting prices if the item goes on sale after you purchase it, just keep your receipt.
