Review content:
On October 3, 2007 Mr. Wall drew up a written contract to install a wood slat gate with iron scrolling. We gave him a deposit of 50%. At this time Mr. Wall stated that the gate will take 5 working days to install. As the promised date came and went, I called Mr. Wall and asked when we could expect installation. He returned my phone call the following day and stated his Grandfather died and to please give him a couple of days to regroup. When I had not heard from him for about a week I starting leaving messages for him asking for our gate or our deposit back. No return phone calls. On 11/7/07 I filed a complaint with the. On 11/12/07 Mr. Wall left a message on our answering machine stating that he sent us a money order that day. To this day, (1/8/08) we have received nothing. I urge everyone who had a problem with Mr. Wall contact the Attorney Generals number (602) 542-5763 and file a complaint against him. I have done so and am requesting help from anyone who was previously had a complaint on this site. (The previous web-site was taken down sometime in November, 2007.) The more people to file a complaint the sooner Mr. Wall will be stopped from taking money and not delivering a product.
