Review content:
Our family does eat a Vista Grande occassionally but it is not one of our favorite Mexican restaurants. Usually we end up there by default because it is close.
The food is ok but not anything to brag about and the service is often rather lackluster. Pricing is about average for a casual dining restaurant.
The main reason I know that anyone goes to Vista Grande is to hang out in the bar area. It is a nice place for doing that and if you have a larger group their is a separate room area in the bar that works great.
I suspect they have a great Cinco De Mayo party since the place is packed and people park across the street and down the side streets then but I've not attended myself. They usually have a band or dj for that day too.
