Review content:
The Library is alway empty or slammed. The bartenders have a bit of work cut out for them as the customers can go from 10 to 120 in a matter of minutes. Sometimes it's completely dead, other times you cant see the back of the room. Be patient and they'll get to you. Usually have music all week long. Mondays are always good for REALLY cheap drink specials, crowds of fraternity/sorority types, and good acoustic duos, etc. Friday's are their other good days. The bouncers are incredibly fair, considering the other big bars around the strip. They only get rough if you start it.
During football season and the cooler summer/spring months, the upstairs deck, looking over the strip with a view of the stadium, is a place to be with full bands and a two full bars. Outside access is available depending on the night. Management is solid and prices are cheaper than most.
Bathrooms usually stink. Good sound system. Decent pool tables. Great darts. Big bars.
Pros: Decent service. Cheap prices. Great upstairs deck. Diverse music.
Cons: Dirty bathrooms. Air-conditioning not always working well.
