I would never buy anything from this place again. We bought our minivan from them and bought the warranty with it. We had to take the van in several times under warranty. The last time we brought it in we wanted them to check the transmission because it was sluggish. They said it was fine. Then, of course, as soon as the warranty was over the transmission went out--completely. They wouldn't repair the transmission for under $2000. We took our van to another place and they charged us way less and told us that our type of vehicle was known for having a faulty transmission drum (something Gilleland should have known). Also, we had a lot of trouble with our air conditioner and they replaced the parts with none GM parts so they were not warrantied. Stay far, far away from this place!
