I mostly like Wal-mart except for when it comes to ad matching. This is such a pet peeve of mine. First, they OFFER to match ads. I didn't ask them for a favor it is their policy. But, on many occasion i have had a very difficult time. I had one cashier tell me that she had moved from Provo and that no one in Tooele paid full price for anything. She was really annoyed. One of the CSM's Leslie asked me to actually get the ad and bring it back to her store or this was the last time that she would match ads for me. I in fact had it in my van but with 3 small children had forgot it out there. When I checked out I got the ad and asked the cart guy to please take it in to her and tell her to shove it. I was really angry. I called the district office and the Tooele WalMart called me and told me that they had received a call from district and in the future to just call them directly. In my opinion they have a very poor customer service department. If we had a Fred Meyer I would NEVER shop WalMart again!
