After a long late night drive from Las Vegas and after having burgers the past 400miles or so, we needed to get some serious hot meal before going to bed. Buddies and i decided to drive into Little Saigon and checked out the eateries which are open late night. We checked out Pho Hoa on Bolsa Ave which is open 24hours and decided to try it out. First off parking was great (you can see your car from the outdoor patio which permit smoking). Restaurant was quite busy when we arrived but were seated quite fast (kind of free seating style). Menu was pretty illustrative with pictures and decent descriptions. We all settle for the beef pho #15 which is probably the most complete beef pho on the menu. Our orders came out pretty fast and most importantly piping hot. Pho Hoa soups have a distinct aroma of various spices blend in. Having tried other pho restos, the broth in this place is more than just beef soup which makes it a little more special. Meats/noodle portions were pretty generous for the average price $5+ for a regular bowl. Service was not much to write home about but quality of food and good value makes the service factor a little irrelevant. Would recommend this place for its quality, good value and 24 hour convenience. Pros: Excellent quality, value, 24hours,parking Cons: Service can be more friendly
