I really like Rock Spring Tire not only because they are a locally owned & run business and friendly, but because they know tires. They can give you the no nonsense service you want at great prices. They sell Cooper Tires at low prices.
I was also impressed because several times when I needed my tires aired up, they did it for free. Just that simple service tells me they care about people. Also, if you have a leaky tire-they'll plug it up in a jiffy and get you back on the road for a low charge. These guys know what Southern Hospitality means and they've got it where it counts. They may not have a big fancy shop with plenty of seating room for customers waiting, but when you get great service for a low price who cares?
