Do not waste your time. My friends and I, approx group of 10, visited this place Valentine's Day evening. We had no problem getting in, other than the fact the guys had to check any hats which is fine. However the experience immediately went downhill once we tried to order drinks. First of all there were only two bartenders for a Saturday night, let alone Valentine's Night. Needless to say the wait was a bit long. Again, I can uderstand. I wish I remembered the bartender's name who treated all of us like second class citizens. A buddy of mine ordered a drink, which was weak. He tipped a few bucks and asked if he could get more vodka. The bartender replied, "Not for a 10 cent tip." He didn't realize the other bartender picked up the tip along with others lying on the bar. This was mistake #1. Next my girlfriend proceeded to order both of us a drink. He would not let her order two, I had to come up to the bar to claim my beverage. I had been standing waiting by one of the nearby tables. Once I got to the bar, he refused our order and said my server would take my order. He proceeded to argue with me even though I never had a server, nor sat at the table. This was mistake #2. After being completely turned off, we decided it was best to leave once my friends finished their drinks. A server came up to us and asked for our order. I politely refused and said we'd be leaving soon. She immediately turned to the bartender, and said, "This group, cut off!" Mistake #3. A few of the girls wanted to try and dance to salvage the night, but once we got to the small dance floor we were then advised no drinks on the floor. People, save your money and don't bother. This was absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced. It's Bellevue, and a mall for crying out loud, not NY! Pros: Several pool tables, decent music Cons: Bartenders, wait staff, pretty much the entire place is lame
