Businiess name:  Sushi Dokoro Ki Ra La

Review content:
The quality of the fish selection and the level of execution of each dish reflect what true Japanese cuisine is all about. The enormous amaebi nigiri-- all others served in neighboring restaurants appear synthetic by comparison-- is simply divine with a dusting of gold! You will not believe the size of the amaebi served at this restaurant. Our Carte Blanche meal also included Matsutake mushrooms flown in from Japan, which were sliced and expertly grilled, and the accompanying Daikon radish and Ponzu sauce made this an impeccable dish. Another outstanding course was the ankimo. Im usually not a fan of this anywhere else, but the ankimo served at Sushi Dokoro Ki Ra La had no remnants of that fishy scent that often accommodates fish liver. All in all, this is a fantastic restaurant that will definitely gather a cult following. One piece of advice, this restaurant is not for those looking for a cheap Japanese meal, sashimi this fresh requires a little more than what you pay for at Whole Foods for a plastic container of dingy reddish tuna nigiribe prepared! Pros: Fresh, high quality fish
