Review content:
I am extremely dissatisfied with the administration of MCNY. However, the education and cirriculum are great. At work I am constantly complimented on my knowledge base and my advanced business vocabulary. On the other hand, the customer relationship managament from the admissions and student services is extremely poor. Representative make mistakes and develop memory lapses due to a lack of documented procedures and policies. When they are called on their mistakes they deny the incident or occurence. For example, I was unfamiliar that there are scholarships available for first time entering students. My admission's counselor failed to relay the message. When I contacted him, he drew a blank and stated that he was out sick during that time. I contacted student services whose documentation stated that his name was on my records as my admissions counselor. Because of his mistake to fully counsel me, I missed out on a scholarship worth $4,500. Shall I also state that I have a GPA of 3.5. Pros: Excellent teach staff and professors, knowledgeable and experienced Cons: Administration staff is confused, incompetent, and unable to properly assist students.
