Review content:
I don't know why Judy's Book thinks that Bridgeport is on Marshall--it's actually right in the heart of the Hawthorne District across from Powell's.
Regardless, this is, in my opinion, the best brewpub in Portland. The Bridgeport beer that's served on tap is all cask-conditioned and is to die for. The food is also very good; it tends to be a tad more upscale and gourmet than other pubs. A pint and a meal can be yours for around $15, but the appetizers are large enough for a meal and the pizzas are big enough for two. The staff are friendly and there's outdoor seating. Bridgeport is a great place to go after an evening of strolling around the Hawthorne District.
