Review content:
After having a horrific experience at the Flagler location (read review for details), I decided to head to the Colonial Palms PetSmart, right across from The Falls on US1. What a difference! This store has a big selection of products, the store layout is great, and the store staff was so friendly & helpful. I actually had a problem in that I left one of the bags of items I bought at the register & when I called the manager the next morning, he told me to bring my receipt and I could pick up the items without a problem. When I arrived that evening after work, the same cashier had my items sitting at her register tagged for me. She & the manager were both apologetic, and they made a loyal customer out of me.
