My experience at this store was so bad that I walked out to go to another PetSmart location that was miles away in rush hour traffic. Logistically, the store set up is horrible. When I walked in the door, I was greeted by a frowning PetSmart employee loading an aquarium onto a pallet. He was blocking the entire entrance to the store & made no effort to move for customers, so I had to enter the store through one of the checkout lanes. There were numerous boxes clogging the already crowded middle row & certain areas were blocked off to prevent customers from even entering them. Compared to other PetSmarts in the area, the selection at this location is really lacking too. There is NO way I will ever go back to the Flagler PetSmart location!
