Review content:
My friends(5) and I went to Bong Su to try it out and we had a memorable time. The service was good, we were promptly checked in and told that our table was almost ready when we got there. We waited at the bar and got drinks and the drinks that we tried was good. 4 of us had the Bong Su Aperitif and one of my other friend had a glass of wine. The bartender was very nice. He suggested some dishes to us which we did try and liked a lot. We had the calamari and duck roll for appetizers. They was delicious, especially the sauce that came with the calamari. For entrees, we had the prawns, black cod, lemongrass chicken, lamb, pork chops, and shaking beef. All the items were good but a little on the small side. For dessert, we had the passion fruit souffle and the beignets which were yummy! We had a great time there and we were happy to find out the we were given the monkfish dish for free and were not charged for bottle fservice fee for two bottles of wine that we had brought. FYI: you are allowed only to bring 2 bottles of wine. All in all, we enjoyed the food and drinks, the staff was friendly and the Maitre'D was very nice and attentive. He checked on us the whole night and made sure that we were happy.
Pros: drinks, decor, atmosphere, dessert, staff
Cons: small dishes for the price
