Review content:
We used to stay at this hotel many times. But we went to stay there recently, after they remodeled it from top to bottom, and were pleased with how beautiful the property is, but the customer service is horrible! We were told we could check in early and when we got there, we spent a few hours waiting on our room. They promised to make it right, and then gave us a handicap room where my children couldnt take a bath! The manager refunded our money, but next time I will choose another place to stay
