We went to Ame for dinner and we were completely blown away! We didn't have a reservation so we were offered a seat at the sashimi bar. It looks like a sushi bar at first, but its not sushi at all, you are given the full menu! Our service was phenomenonal...but the food was even better! Raw treatments from the sashimi section such as the Tuna Five and Lissa's Staff Meal were like nothing we had ever had before. We chose the fricasee of oysters and the japanese egg custard as our appetizers, again AMAZING! As for entrees, we had the Terra signature dish the Sake marinated black cod and the beef cheeks. We were undoubtly thrilled with both. It's been a long time since I've been to a restaurant and not had a critique..and this place has only been open like 3 weeks! It is a must try!
