i have never written a review good nor bad for any restaurant,i've always given the benfit of the doubt.However i cannot resist.Originally wanted to go to the bowery,but there was a private party so went next door to try magnolia.Now the ambience, decor, etc.aka smoke and mirrors are great,but i have never left a restaurant feeling so ill.The service was OK, but the food was worse than the cheese cake factory.the burger was absolutely horrible and the rest of it was not even worth writing about.Its horrible or i suppose expected now in this city that just because some place has a buzz or attracts celebrities (like they know food) that the place has to be good.if you want to drink and hob knob with "cool" LOOKing people then go for it, but if you want to have a good drink and a burger save yourself and go next door.
