Review content:
A move from a 1BR on the 2nd floor to a 1BR on the 4th floor with a freight elevator took FIVE HOURS. I moved the prev. year in under 3 hrs. which included two sets of stairs, shrink wrapping and setting up of the bed. None of my property was wrapped or set up, yet it took 2 more hrs.
The men were EXTREMELY slow, I had to comment to get them to start moving, and they took a lunch which was included in my rate per hour. When I called to complain the following Mon., I was greeted with a very unresponsive almost hostile manager.
If you are thinking of using this moving company, please think twice. The rate is reasonable, but they will take advantage of that. My move took 5 hrs. exactly to the minute. Doesn't that seem like a coincidence?
