This is a nice store and I do enjoy shopping here for gift items. The one major problem that I have with Victoria's Secret is their promotional coupons. They frequently mail out coupons for a free panty but once you get to the store they tell you that they're all out! I have had this happen to me more than give times. Once I went in on the day after I received the coupon. I once had a sales girl tell me that they only started out with ten pair of the free item and I'm sure that hundreds of these coupons were mailed to people in my area. I feel that this is just a cheap ploy to get customers into the store.
