Review content:
Joe's Crab Shack is a unique place for seafood in Independence. The atmosphere is quite lively and often the servers will dance to fun music and attempt to get the patrons to join in as well. The drink menu here is quite large and the frozen drinks are very tasty. They aren't cheap though, so be prepared. The menu has a good variety of offerings and for those who don't love seafood, the grilled chicken sandwich is quite tasty. The hushpuppies are very good and the shrimp is cooked just right. Having a drink on the outside patio is a good way to enjoy your waiting time. On Friday and Saturday nights this restaurant can have quite a waiting list. Go early or come late is my advice for those two nights. All in all it will be a good experience.
