Review content:
Franconia notch is the heart of the white mountains in my opinion. Lots to see, the Basin, the Flume, which is a 2 mile walk over boardwalks right through the running waters of the Flume....lovely in the woods. Then there is echo lake for viewing or swimming. Plus you can see the remains of poor Old man in the mountain which fell to the ground a couple of years ago.... There are also numerous stops just to see the views. Also there is Cannon mt with skiing in winter and tramway rides in summer......great location.....not to be missed.
