I disliked this dentist a great deal. I am still unsure whether I was treated badly because I was on Medicaid or if this dental practice treats all patients this way.
First of all, I had a painful toothache and needed a filling. I was able to get an appointment quickly but all they did was take xrays and tell me they could not perform the work. Of course only after they did xrays.
After finding another dentist, I requested my records to be sent over so the work could be done here. We waited weeks and made many phone calls. They never did send the records or my xrays.
I feel that this practice was very rude to me and callous. Only out to make money. They didn't care about me at all.
