Businiess name:  Kay Jewelers

Review content:
If you are in the market for any type of jewelry I would highly recommend Kay Jewelers in Woodland Mall on 28th St (or any of them as they are in different states also.) I have shopped in their stores for over 10 years now and absolutely love the sales people. I am always treated with respect. They help me out as quickly as they can and if I ever have a problem they "bend over backwards" to help out in order to solve it. If you need a specialty item found, or something designed to your wishes, they are more than happy to help. And this attitude is found at ALL of the Kay Jewelers stores I have been in, regardless of what state I am in. I broke my bracelet while I was in Massachusetts and there happened to be a Kay Jewelers in the nearby mall. Was I surprised (and I shouldn't have been considering the service I get in Grand Rapids) with the friendliness, professionalism, and over all willingness to help me with getting my bracelet repaired. (Hey, and if you go in to the one at Woodland Mall and Carmen, one of the store managers, helps you out, tell her I sent you. It will be well worth it.)
