Review content:
Basil in downtown Charleston is undeniably the best Asian/Thai restaurant in Charleston, South Carolina. The atmosphere is eclectic and casual, but fun. The prices are totally reasonable and the portions are large and enough to share with your friends. My favorite dishes are the Sweet and Sour Pork and Pad See Eu. I highly recommend Basil when you visit Charleston. It is located very close to many other bars downtown so after dinner you can easily settle your meal with a good cold drink. It is also close to the College of Charleston.
