Businiess name:  InSpa
Review by:  Starving UW S.
Review content:
INSpa in the University Village is hardly deserving of the term "spa" at all. The setting is more like a doctor's office (the walls, the employee's attire, the products are all stark white!) than a spa. While other spa's are minimalist in terms of atmosphere, but still provide great service, this spa is lacking in pretty much every category. I was dismayed when receiving a facial that they kept me fully clothed and thus, extremely uncomfortable, during the entire service (which is not proper spa etiquette). The high prices were not reflective of the atmosphere, employees, or services.... rather, you leave INSpa feeling as if you have just had a visit to the doctors rather then a relaxing spa. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere to get pampered.
