Review content:
I was very hesitant to try laser treatments because of concerns with safety. However, after my inital meeting with the manager Jenae, she was able to put my mind at ease. She was very patient and attentive ensuring that my questions were answered. Together, we able to identify the best option for me and at present time I am very happy with the results. The other staff member I interact with is Christine who is equally knowledgeable and friendly. Christine understands different skin types and ensures that the appropriate setting is used to achieve the best results. For women of different colors of the skin, Laser Cosmetica is a great option. The facility located at the Plainview section is very clean and comfortable. For any one with a busy schedule the staff is understanding, there is flexibility in scheduling and phone calls to remind you of your next appointment. Overall, I am very satisfied and I have refferred a family member.... my mom.
