Review content:
Between the servers not being able to figure out who wanted to wait on us, waiting over an hour to be served (even then, our entrees didn't arrive together), and lukewarm meals, to say we don't recommend Bella Napoli is an understatement. To add insult to injury, the excuse "we have a large party in the back" didn't explain why at least 2 other couples who were seated after us, ate before us. Trying to convince us that wine with twist tops is the "latest thing" didn't help either, especially since the wine we first asked for was "out of stock". The owner did eventually apologize and pick up the tab, though we much would have preferred a pleasant experience. Her approaching us from the bar with a lit cigarette as we exited was a particularly tacky way for our night there to end, "When you come back..." Please.
