Review content:
The first time I went to get a haircut here, I waited for 45 minutes. The lady at the front desk did not check me in, so the stylist did not know that I was there. The stylist did a wonderful job, and the haircut was free due to the long wait. My experience would have been perfect if I didn't have to wait, but they fixed the problem in the end by giving the haircut to me at no charge.
