Review content:
My baby needed to have a cranial x-ray. When the Dr. told me that Advanced Radiology does x-rays on a walk in basis, I was concerned I would have a long wait. However, we were seen in less than 20 minutes after arriving. I found the staff to be a big help with making me feel more comfortable. The x-ray tech was very understanding of my feelings, and took the time to explain what would happen to me and make sure I was comfortable. She also had the insight to ask if I was nursing my son before letting me go back. She advised me to let my husband go instead since I am nursing, so I did not risk increased radiation levels in my milk. At the end, she came out to check that I was okay, and assure me that my son did not even wake up during the x-ray.
