Review content:
I went there to get a Brazilian Wax, and it was by far the worst experience ever. Now, I am a regular waxer, so I know what to expect. The technician obviously had NO IDEA what she was doing, and it seemed she had never worked with wax before. She repeatedly waxed over the same spot (which is a no-no), which lead to a very painful rash that lasted for weeks afterward. The price was too expensive for the low quality of wax they use. The rooms were very small, and I could hear everything that was going on in rooms around us, as well as people talking outside of the hallway. The man I spoke to when I called to complain was horrible and did not offer me anything but a verbal apology, and said that there was nothing he could do. I will never go back to Egea and I would never recommend it to my worst enemies.
