My daughter and I recently went to La Taza. We couldn't carry on a conversation -- the restaurant was WAY TOO LOUD. We added a LOT of salt and pepper to everything we ordered. Everything we ordered was incredibly tasteless. Oh, and after spending more than our normal eating-out budget, we were still hungry when we left! I live close by but will not go back.
When they advertise SMALL PLATES, they mean just that. Not a lot of food for your money.
