Review content:
After meeting up with friends from out of town for dinner we decided to grab a drink at Town Tavern. We know the place is a little dingy but figured it was nearby and why not? After paying a ridiculous $7 cover we go upstairs to what felt like a middle school boys locker room as it was filled with kids of middle school age who were sweaty, gross, and drunk (not like in middle school). We were there for no more than 5 seconds when a fight broke out. Bouncers rushed in but since it was so overcrowded they couldn't get to the teens in time so the fight just raged on. How fortunate for these folks that innocent bystanders getting hurt is not a problem!! I hadn't had a sip of beer and wanted to get my money back and just go but the bouncers were rude and dim because after all the excitement of the fight could not remember that I just walked in 5 minutes ago. With that logic, since they couldn't remember I couldn't get my money.
Overall, the people are rude, the place is disgusting, and if you want to hang out there you should be a 19 year old, blacked out (so you don't remember how awful it is) freshman in college.

Cons: bar fights, rude bouncers, terrible crowd
