ZERO STARS!!! Stay away!!! (Can a place get negative stars? Can they owe me stars?)
Yes. This place is that bad.
I was sick. Really sick. It was Saturday night and without getting into toooooo much details, I really needed to see a doctor ASAP.
I remembered seeing this Urgent Care Center on my previous trips to Southridge, so I jumped in the car and headed out here.
I know that my husband was calling places in the area to see if they were open and to give them the heads up that I was coming. Meanwhile, I was feverishly driving to get there fast.
As I pulled into the parking lot, I was the only car. The lights were on and I saw many staff members in the lobby!
Ahhh. Scott got through to them and they were there to help me.
I rushed in just to have them look at me and then look at the clock. It was 8:50 pm. They close at 9 on the weekends.
I introduced myself, looking for the person "in charge" that could help me. No one did.
I was confused and said that I needed help. The desk staff looked at the other medical personnel and they just stared at me.
"We're closed."
i replied that they were opened for 10 more minutes! HELP ME PLEASE!
Nope. Nothing.
They referred me to another hospital that was open 24 hours. These people were ready to go home.
I was so angry and so sick. I could have barfed on all of those pathetic people that were making a mockery of true medical professionals.
So I left and sought treatment elsewhere. What a sad day when this is the best you can get from Aurora.
It was just appalling! Don't even bother coming here - just go somewhere else - or don't get sick on the weekend.
