NYU students: Get your list of required texts ahead of time, and check out EBAY, half.com, amazon.com, or any of a number of online booksellers instead. There are some textbooks that are special NYU editions that can only be purchased at the bookstore, in which you have no choice but to head there. But, if possible, try other alternatives first, because the NYU bookstore is exorbitantly expensive. Much like all things NYU.
