Scrapbooks by the Sea is a quaint scrapbooking store that you should definitely visit. The owner of the store is very helpful and super-friendly. They offer free classes and you are welcome to use all of their tools at no charge. They have retreats and crops – you can view their schedule or sign up for their newsletter on their website (http://scrapbooksbythesea.com/). I have been to the Surfside location, but have not visited the store in Pawley’s Island.
