Review content:
I ordered a flower arrangement during the holiday season for my mother, and found that Proflowers.com had the overall lowest cost for what I was looking for. I had placed the arrangement in the shopping cart, and proceeded to checkout to see what the delivery fees were, when I was still pricing around with other online florists. Within the same day, to the next day, I received an email inviting me to purchase the arrangement that was in my shopping cart with an additional 10% off! Between the price of the arrangement, free standard vase being included, and the additional 10% off, I quickly took Proflowers up on the offer and ordered.
I scheduled the flowers to be delivered on the Thursday before Christmas, to try to avoid any chaos with deliveries being made that Friday. The flowers did get delivered on that day, but my sister took a look at them and called to tell me that they were not right. Since she knew what I had ordered, and I could not see what they actually sent, she called Proflowers to see what could be done. (There was also no standard vase included, as there should have been.)
After a few minutes, she contacted me to let me know that their customer service department was great, and that they agreed to re-send the correct arrangement, with the upgraded vase (a $9.99 value), as well as guaranteed morning delivery for the following day (Friday, guaranteed morning delivery was also an extra charge, but was provided free of charge). Sure enough, the proper arrangment (with the upgrades) arrived the next day.
