Okay so I decided to see what all the hype was about and took my daughters to Cupcake Royale in Ballard a couple of weeks ago.
When I got there I was delighted to find a parking spot right in front. I wont make excuses but I didnt pay the meter thinking I would be in and out in less than 5 minutes. Well.. I was in and out in 5 minutes as planned.. only to find a $39 parking ticket attached to my windsheild! I could not believe it.. They must have been hiding in the bushes!!!
With that said the cupcakes were a hit with the girls (and my wallet). They are ready to go back.
Just be weary of the parking situation as that whole street is paid parking.
