Review content:
We were excited to try this place when it first opened because we were tired of going to Olive Garden. This place is always jam-packed, and even though we called ahead for a reservation (we had a rather large party) we still had to wait 30 minutes. The food, while rather large with respect to portion size, was highly overrated. I had a penne dish and the noodles were way over cooked. Others in my party weren't too thrilled with their meals, either. To get to our table we were paraded through some kind of kitchen area, which I thought was gross. Isn't that some sort of health code violation? It took forever to get our meal, and never mind if you wanted to get refills on your drink. I didn't like the atmosphere or the very gaudy decor, although the staff was friendly enough. Lately I have been getting coupons from them in the mail, which I just throw away, because I don't think I'll ever be going back.
