Ambrosini's is a pizza/burger joint that, supposedly, offered the first pizza in Terre Haute. I ate here just a few nights ago, and, to say the least, I wasn't terribly impressed.
I ordered a burger, fries, a salad, and iced tea. The salad bar is basic, the burger and fries was average. The best part of the meal was definitely the price; the whole meal was only $6. Some friends of mine ordered the buffalo chicken pizza, and offered me a slice. It was basically crust, cheese, and bleu cheese. There were a few pieces of chicken, but NO HOT SAUCE to speak of. It wasn't terribly great, but it wasn't inedible.
The service was slow, the food was ok, the price was good. Overall, I give the place a "Meh."
