Businiess name:  Paul's Pancake Barn & Flapjack's Pub

Review content:
If you find yourself in Dillsburg on Rt 15 S and you're hungry but not rich, stop by Paul's Pancake Barn. While they serve other meals, breakfast is notable b/c the pancakes are plate sized and tasty, the toppings are interesting, and the food is cheap. The menu has changed a little through the years, and the establishment now has a bar in the back and is smoke free in the restaurant. They also accept credit cards. The wait staff is friendly; they'll come back to check on you several times and are willing to accommodate (taking pictures, extra whipped cream, can you tell us how the Thai restaurant down the street is, etc) My friend ALWAYS gets the chocolate chip pancakes with whipped cream. I used to love the bacon ones or the coconut pancakes, but have recently branched out into buttermilk. The Canadian bacon is thick sliced, the coffee is decent, and you can get a meal like French Toast with 2 scrambled eggbeaters & coffee & 2 sausage patties for 5ish dollars. Which is even more economical if you split it with a friend.
