Businiess name:  Dunn Lumber Co
Review by:  Sarah J.
Review content:
Here ye, here ye: Dunn Lumber is sweet. Pretty simple really...they're just sweet. I needed a piece of 4 x 9 plywood. My naïveté led me to the bully of home improvement stores and an ultimately horrific experience. I had to fight tooth and nail for every bit of ‘help’ I got; from finding the right materials (don’t give me dirty looks just for asking for hot pink spray paint and saw horses in the same sentence) to getting assistance fastening said plywood to a friend’s SUV. Perhaps a more thoughtful, socially conscious business would have prevented a group of imprudent girls from getting onto 1-5 with a colossal piece of wood secured to their car by TWO paltry bungee cords. I praise the powers that be there wasn’t a family en route to church behind us when that monster snapped in half and flew off. Needless to say, I was left with a heart palpitation and a remaining need for large plywood. This time I ended up at Dunn lumber and couldn’t have had a better experience. Not only did they provide the help and guidance I so desperately needed, they talked me through the whole decision making process without giving me bizarre looks or questions about my beloved project. They even helped me safely and securely tie the plywood to my beloved and since deceased Oldsmobile. Their prices were better, but more importantly their service was incomparable. Kudos, my lumber friends.
