Businiess name:  St Luke's-Memorial Hospital Center

Review content:
I have had the unfortunate events of being hospitalized at this center three times in the past year. Now, I know that some people do not have a choice as to where they are admitted but if you do, well, I suggest going elsewhere. It felt like the staff was very overworked and stressed. If it were not for my husband being with me from time to time I would not have received some of the assistance that I needed. The emergency department personnel were not very friendly while I was there. I felt I was more of a bother than someone that they should have been concerned about. There were a few times that I was in desperate need of pain control yet nobody was responding. Needless to say it was a very frustrating experience. If you must go here, make sure you have a friend or family member with you as often as possible. That way you have a second voice helping out when you need something.
