Gagnons is one of few remaining cobbler shops,,,,as we used to call them. He got in the business from his father. Beside repairing soles on shoes or tears in your favorite leather shoes, he will also repair handbags, replace a zipper on a handbag or fix the strap. Great place to repair your expensive shoes or bags rather than discarding them. He can probably do other repairs that I am not aware of too.....just ask him about something you need to have repaired, I am sure he will be able to help you.
