I just moved here from Seattle. I was excited to try some BBQ in the midwest. This was the worst meal I have ever had in my life. I ordered the smoked chicken dinner and added a sausage link to go. When I got home I found they had given me the BBQ beef and ham combo. Ordinarily, I wouldn't mind, I would just eat what I was given. However, the beef turned out to be thinly sliced deli roast beef topped with BBQ sauce. The ham was the same, thinly sliced deli ham with BBQ sauce. I took the food back to get my chicken. After a short wait I received my chicken and was allowed to keep the deli meat. As soon as I got home I tried my chicken. I couldn't taste any smoke and it was the driest chicken I have ever tasted. Even the thigh and leg were as dry as wood. At least I had the sausage. Now, technically, a hot dog is a sausage, but when you go to a BBQ joint, your expectations are a little higher. It was a giant hot dog like they serve at ballparks. They just put BBQ sauce on top. The fries were horrible. The beans were not much better. I can't believe someone makes a living selling this @#$%.
