Review content:
While my family loves Fazoli's breadsticks, it's hard to go to a place that hardly greets you and even acknowledges you're there. The last few times we have been in there, we have had to flag down the person handing out the "warm" breadsticks because she was too busy gossiping with her friends. I'm all for catching up with friends but please have them do it on their time and not on the clock.
They may also want to hire some more help to keep the place tidy. The drink station is always a mess with spilled soda and ice everywhere.
